# Terms & Conditions

 Welcome to cornflower.ai ("Cornflower," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

## 1. Services

 Cornflower provides digital visibility scanning and monitoring tools for med spas and aesthetic practices. Our services include:

- One-time visibility scans across Google Search, AI search engines, Google Maps, reviews, and social media
- Monthly monitoring subscriptions with weekly rescans, score tracking, and competitor alerts
- Actionable reports with prioritized recommendations

 Our free scan requires no account creation, credit card, or personal information beyond the business name and location you provide.

## 2. Account Registration

 Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

## 3. Subscription & Billing

 Monthly Monitoring is billed at $29/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

- **Free trial:** Your first scan is always free with no obligation.
- **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- **Refunds:** We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
- **Price changes:** We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform beyond normal use
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a business

## 5. Intellectual Property

 All content, features, and functionality of our website and services — including text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and software — are owned by Cornflower and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without prior written consent.

## 6. Data & Reports

 Visibility reports are generated using publicly available data from third-party platforms. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

## 7. Third-Party Services

 Our scans reference data from third-party platforms including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and social media networks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Changes to third-party services may affect the features or accuracy of our reports.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornflower and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, business, or data.

 Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

 Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

## 10. Indemnification

 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornflower and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

## 11. Modifications

 We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 12. Governing Law

 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
